Very competitive pricing - honest and reliable. Also very prompt in responding to queries and very friendly. Provided a variety of options and quotes, and yet still recommended the most cost effective option for my needs, where other companies have quoted me for products I didn't need, or supplied me with the wrong products despite paying for more expensive ones.
