Very competitive pricing - honest and reliable. Also very prompt in responding to queries and very friendly. Provided a variety of options and quotes, and yet still recommended the most cost effective option for my needs, where other companies have quoted me for products I didn't need, or supplied me with the wrong products despite paying for more expensive ones. AAV  on the other hand, gave me honest information and steered me to the quote which was cheaper for me, not better for their profits, and was better suited to my requirements. We offer same-day and next-day local appointments where possible. Our engineers are equipped to complete most straightforward Freesat installations in a single visit from around 60 minutes, depending on access and the cable route required.

Once the system is installed, we’ll align the dish and test the satellite signal. We can also connect your Freesat box and check that the available channels are working before we leave.

This means no waiting around for several appointments before you can start watching Freesat.

To watch Freesat, you’ll need a suitable satellite signal and either a Freesat box or a TV with Freesat built in.

A Freesat box connects to the dish by satellite cable, then to your TV through HDMI. Recordable boxes usually need two satellite feeds, and the features available can depend on the LNB already fitted to the dish.

So in addition to installing the Freesat dish, we can also run the required cabling and connect to your Freesat box. We’ll also check that the existing setup is compatible, as not every Freesat box will work with every type of LNB.

You can watch live Freesat channels without broadband. Connecting the box to the internet simply gives you access to supported catch-up services and software updates.
