Very competitive pricing - honest and reliable. Also very prompt in responding to queries and very friendly. Provided a variety of options and quotes, and yet still recommended the most cost effective option for my needs, where other companies have quoted me for products I didn't need, or supplied me with the wrong products despite paying for more expensive ones. AAV  on the other hand, gave me honest information and steered me to the quote which was cheaper for me, not better for their profits, and was better suited to my requirements.
