Look no further for your media installation needs. Quick to reply to my email enquiry and even quicker to book to have my TV installed. The 2 lads were absolutely brilliant. Very tidy as a bonus. Thank you very much 😁

We’ve used the team at AAV for a lot of services to support our offices and some of our clients over the last few years. This includes aerial installations to data cabling setups to some work in our conference room. We were also really impressed with their showroom in Cannock, which is where we had our inital meeting and it highlighted how they could support us. We can highly recommend them.

Lee came in and did a fantastic job installing a Ethernet port from the front of the house to the back of the house. He kept everything tidy as he went along and his customer service was excellent. Price was also very competitive. Wouldn’t not hesitate to use again. Thank you!

Great service, great price, prompt, friendly and tidy. Would definitely recommend. Had 20 odd cables run all over the house for ethernet sockets and security cameras, all neatly done. Fitted a small cabinet, switch and our DVR for the camera too.

My experience with AAV was great, with work encompassing IP cameras, whole-house networking and media-wall prep. Quality of the work was great, and completed quickly without any issues. Fantastic team, and can gladly recommend AAV's services to others. Many thanks once again!

Very competitive pricing - honest and reliable. Also very prompt in responding to queries and very friendly. Provided a variety of options and quotes, and yet still recommended the most cost effective option for my needs, where other companies have quoted me for products I didn't need, or supplied me with the wrong products despite paying for more expensive ones. AAV on the other hand, gave me honest information and steered me to the quote which was cheaper for me, not better for their profits, and was better suited to my requirements. Definitely recommend, and I'll use them again when I can!

5 stars says it all. I had a multi room audio system installed and the team were punctual, tidy and very professional. The end result is the joy of having different music throughout the house, keeping everyone in the family happy.

We install the latest WiFi 6 systems, which deliver faster speeds, lower latency and better performance for multiple devices running at once. It’s the perfect solution for busy households where streaming, gaming and smart tech are in constant use.

If your home’s layout, size, or construction makes it difficult for a single router to reach every space, we recommend mesh WiFi systems. These create one seamless, powerful network across your entire property. This means no more having to switch between networks as you move from room to room, and no more walking into dead zones getting in the way off your time online. If your property also features an open-plan design, a loft conversion, an extension or an outdoor workspace, a mesh network will ensure your coverage stays strong everywhere, even in these harder-to-reach locations.

• Same or next-day service across Stoke-on-Trent
• Fully integrated with smart home devices and systems
• Bespoke network design for your property’s needs
• Trusted, Checkatrade-vetted team with 100+ 5-star reviews
• Over 15 years of WiFi installation experience in Staffordshire & the West Midlands
• Professional Access Point (AP) installation for maximum reach
• Specialists in WiFi 6 and mesh network technology
• 12-month guarantee on all installations

From Hanley to Longton, Burslem to Fenton, Tunstall to Stoke, our team at AAV Smart Home delivers WiFi solutions which improve speeds and keep every connected device performing at its best.

Every installation is carefully planned, tested and fine-tuned for your home – so whether you’re gaming online on the latest FPS titles, streaming your favourite films and TV shows in 4K, working remotely or just running a smart home day-to-day, your internet will always be ready for the job.
